Empowerment Tools Coalition's mission statement is to provide assistance via technical, financial and resource to all community-based organizations delivering services to our community.  We also provide direct services to our Youth Programs- Rites of Passage, WJP Basketball League, Officer Dennis McGurk Hooked on Fishing-Not on Drugs Annual Fishing Derby, Lucid Entrepreneurs and AC Trunk or Treat.
